1 cáscara de limón
100 g de azúcar
2 cucharadas de café instantáneo
chantilly q.b.
pasas cubiertas de chocolate
1 cucharada de polvo de chocolate cappuccino
Thermomix lugar en la copa de leche, harina, azúcar, yemas de huevo, la ralladura de limón, ajustar la velocidad de 2 Temperatura 90 ° C durante 10 minutos.
Retire y se separa en dos partes, una de las partes 2 cucharadas de café instantáneo y mezclar. En una taza o media taza lugar del café sin crema, cubierto con una parte igual de café con crema, dejar enfriar y cubra con crema batida y adorne con una pasa de uva cubiertas de chocolate y espolvorear con el capuchino de chocolate.
Servir bien frío.

2 colheres de sopa de café soluvel

passas de uva cobertas de chocolate
1 colher de sopa de cappucino em pó de chocolate
No copo da bimby coloque o leite, a farinha, o açúcar, as gemas, a casca de limão, programe velocidade 2 temperatura 90ºC durante 10 minutos.
Retire e separa em duas partes, numa das partes adicione 2 colheres de sopa de café instantaneo e mistura. Num copo ou taça coloque metade do creme sem café, coberto por uma parte igual de creme com café, deixe arrefecer e cubra com chantilly, enfeite com uma passa de uva coberta de chocolate e polvilhe com cappucino de chocolate.
Sirva bem fresco.
No tengo Thermomix pero este postre tiene que estar delicioso!!!!.
